John Batchelor and I welcomed back Anatoly Zak to discuss the latest impact of the Ukrainian war regarding the ISS, the Russian commercial space sector, damage to Russian customers, long term impact on their human spaceflight program and much more. Anatoly talked about Roscosmos through Rogozin demanding NASA to remove sanctions on Russia but NASA has no such authority.  Anatoly and John talked about damage to the Russian commercial space sector customer base.  I asked Anatoly if he thought that post the invasion things might return more or less to the status before the war.  He suggested no but listen to his full answer to that question.
